Online Training Made Easy!
Our online training platform allows school districts and contractors to provide relevant and up-to-date training to their school transportation staff without the need for in-person meetings during the hectic work day. There is always a driver on the road at some point during your day.
With our online training service, your drivers can access training at any time, any where and not be left out or unable to meet state requirements because their assignment has them working an abnormal shift.
All training is tracked and certificates are issued automatically upon course completion. Each trainee will have access to go back to a training after it is completed to review the information again if they so choose. We can manage your staff in it's own group for easier reporting as well!
All of our courses are based on microlearning. Each course is made up of short lessons with key information on the topic to give your staff the most relevant information.
Lessons are not meant to be lengthy or have long video lectures. They are made for people on the go to be able to absorb the necessary information to use in their day-to-day job duties.
